I use a client centered, eclectic approach to help you find your way to wellness and peace. I provide a judgement free, safe and confidential space to work through all this “stuff”. As a licensed mental health counselor for over 10 years, I have worked in non-profit, school based and private practice settings. I also am trained as a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.
